Portfolio
Selected projects spanning the Four Pillars of my career: Program Leadership, Academic Research, Leading Youth Athletics, and Small-Business Operations.
Each case study highlights cross-sector problem-solving, collaboration, and systems thinking grounded in measurable outcomes.
Pillar 1: Program Leadership
Modernizing Global Learning Ecosystems
A multi-year initiative strengthening AWS Training & Certification platforms used by 20M+ learners globally. My work focused on improving platform reliability, visibility, analytics integration, and data-based planning in an Agile environment across multiple business units.
Pillar 2: Academic Research
Evidence-Informed Workforce Sustainability Research
My mixed-methods doctoral research examined systemic recruitment and retention challenges in high school coaching. Findings inspired subsequent focused research on the topic, published in the International Sport Coaching Journal, informing equity-focused program design and policy recommendations.
Pillar 3: Leading Youth Athletics
Designing an Equitable Youth Athletics Program
My K-12 education-based coaching career led me to a multi-year youth development initiative, focused on improving access, inclusion, and retention in community athletics. This work strengthened community ties, eliminated cost barriers for qualifying families, and created development pathways that balanced safety, well-being, and equitable participation.
Pillar 4: Small-Business Operations
Building a Sustainable Small-Business
As Co-owner of Togl, I designed operational governance, ethical sourcing frameworks, and equitable supplier partnerships to support a B2B small business serving 300 retailers in the fashion and handmade textiles industry. This work centered on creating systems that balanced financial, operational, and relationship needs.
