Overview

I led modernization efforts across AWS Training & Certification’s global learning ecosystem—platforms serving more than 20M learners, focusing on governance, data transparency, and operational consistency across 12 business units. The work strengthened decision-making, improved planning accuracy, and increased alignment across product, content, and engineering teams.

Context & Challenge

AWS Training & Certification’s rapid growth created challenges in:

  • cross-functional planning

  • sequencing content, engineering, and product work

These gaps reduced clarity and slowed decision-making. Modernization required clearer governance, consistent measurement, and stronger alignment.

My Role

As a Technical Program Manager, I partnered with product, engineering, content, analytics, and operations leaders to build governance structures, clarify KPIs, and improve cross-team workflows across 12 global business units.
